1. Add a brand

Go to Brands, then New brand. Enter the name, industry, brand voice and target keywords. Brand voice is the field that matters most — write it as instructions to a copywriter ("warm, family-run, never corporate, no exclamation marks"). Every ad is generated against this, so a vague voice gives you generic copy.
